I am a long-time fan of Sid Singh, the American human rights lawyer, activist and stand up comedian. Between telling jokes, he is there in the weeds, trying to effect change to American asylum seeker legislation and save lives. He’s always been an optimist. He’s had his fair share of success in terms of legal victories against multiple presidential administrations.

Sid really cares about the vulnerable people he is trying to assist. Recent setbacks have left him questioning if he can really be of any help.

This is a more soul-searching Sid Singh than we’ve seen before. More reflective perhaps, but just as funny.

This is informed and hilarious political satire from a man on the front line.
