O2 Academy Brixton is a 4,921 capacity nightclub, music and comedy venue in Brixton, London.

It first opened as The Astoria in 1929. It became the Sundown Centre in 1972, the Brixton Academy in 1983 and the O2 Academy Brixton in 2006.
