The London Coliseum opened on 24 December 1904 as the London Coliseum Theatre of Varieties. It is still known as the Coliseum Theatre.

It has a capacity of 2,359 and stages large scale theatre, music and comedy events.

It is owned by the English National Opera and is the London home of the English National Ballet.
