This is the return of the hit show, Hero Complex, originally performed ten years ago.
It’s the story of Australian Sammy J’s lifelong obsession with the US superhero comic, The Phantom. The comedian tells us that unlike most superheroes, The Phantom doesn’t have any superpowers, he simply beats people up and shoots them.
Musical comedian, Sammy J is a storyteller who uses a variety of theatrical methods to tell his tale, including original songs.
It is a saga of friendship and nerd-culture. It’s funny, and its heart warming.
