Musical stand up comedian Katie Norris returns to Edinburgh with another great show.

She kicks off by sharing some of the funny, derogatory and just downright misogynist names she’s been called in her life. Her ‘favourite’ was when a reviewer called her a ‘succubus’ – five times in the same review. “Well, I suppose I should probably find out what that is.”

I didn’t know what it meant either and after the comedian explained, well, to understate it somewhat, it’s not a very pleasant thing to call a woman. Katie asks what would happen if women were no longer automatically sexualised.

Peppered with original comedy songs, fun routines and some lovely audience interaction, this intelligent, relatable and very funny show is highly recommended.
