Nic Sampson

Nic Sampson is a stand up comedian, writer and actor originally from Wellington, New Zealand and now based in London.

He is one of the co-writers of comedy series Starstruck (BBC Three, HBO Max) and plays Jessie’s friend, Steve, in the show. He was co-creator of sitcom Golden Boy (Mediaworks) and has written for detective drama The Brokenwood Mysteries (South Pacific Pictures).

Nic is a member of acclaimed New Zealand improvised comedy collective SNORT.
